Next year's date is set: On September 10 & 11, 2010, the Diocese of Charlotte will hold its 6th Annual Eucharistic Congress at the Charlotte Convention Center.

We will be taking a group of teens down for the Saturday portion of the Eucharistic Congress, which includes a great teen track, featuring dynamic speakers and musicians!  The day starts with an awesome Eucharistic procession through downtown Charlotte, as well as a closing Mass with our Bishop, and many other youth and adults from our diocese!  We need teens to carry our banners during the procession.  Please let me know asap if you would like to attend this event!

Cost:  Free (Bring $$$ for lunch & vendors)

Departure Time:  Leaves from St. Mark at 7:45 a.m.

Return Time:  Arrives back at St. Mark at 7:00 p.m.

This event is a great chance for the teens to really immerse themselves in their Catholic faith, maybe in ways that they never have before!

We may need some parental help with transportation/chaperoning for this.  Please let me know if you might be available (Please note that you must be compliant with Charlotte Diocese Protecting God's Children).
